Four things to bring to the call.

1. A quiet 20 minutes at a desk

Not in the car. Not between meetings. We share screens at points during the call and you'll want to take notes. If a proper window isn't going to be possible, reschedule now rather than no-showing or showing up distracted.

The best calls we have are with people who show up ready for a real, honest conversation. Here's what makes that work.

2. Your numbers, roughly

How many leads you get today. How many turn into real conversations. Roughly what a client is worth to your business. Ballpark is fine. We can't give you advice tailored to your business if you don't know your starting point.

3. The real problem, not the polite version

The thing that's actually bothering you about your lead generation. What's not working, what you've tried that hasn't landed, what's quietly worrying you about where the business is heading. That's what we need to hear to actually help.

4. Anyone else who'd be involved in the decision

A business partner, a spouse, a marketing manager, whoever you'd be talking this through with afterwards. If they exist, it's worth bringing them on the call. Saves you running the conversation twice.
